FROM CUSTOMER TO HERO: Transforming Customer Service

I’ve been in and around the people business my entire life. 

I’m a people person and I love people. When I see excellent customer service, I like to reward it. Everyone wins with excellent customer service.

 

Through the years, I’ve witnessed remarkable people create atmospheres and culture that allows for customers to become heroes!

 

I work with customer service leaders to make that happen!

 

About Kenny

Kenny grew up in a large extended family (Think, “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” but the Midwest version).

 

He has always loved team sports and working with teams. The passion to see teams function well led Kenny to get his Master’s in Organizational Leadership (with an emphasis on religion and sociology). Kenny married his college sweetheart, Cindy! They have 7 children. You may find Kenny on one of His 30-Day Challenges (they range from studying a new language to learning a few chords on a guitar to eating a specific diet to using his non-dominant hand for everyday activities).

 

Though Kenny doesn’t take himself too seriously, he takes the care of people seriously. Kenny has dedicated his life to helping people and speaking to leaders in the customer service industry is a part of that dedication!
